Get the Best of Your Meat With Gas Grill

  1. Grilling is a very popular way to cook during social events and gatherings, whether for a large group of people or a small but close group of family members.

There are ways to ensure that you get the most of your grilling sessions without having to worry about too much to clean up afterwards. The perfect steak should create a sizzle that will last long after it's been scarfed down into your stomach.
The first step is to select the right steak for grilling. Not all meats are grilled the same way nor do they come out the say way. For grilling, it's better to pick out meats such as porterhouses, t-bones, filet Mignon, and Ribeyes.

  3. Once you've got the goods ready to be grilled, then preheat the grill to a high temperature and then lower it to moderate temperature to avoid charring and to be able to cook the steak consistently on all angles.

Leave the steaks out so that they are room temperature for a while before putting it on the grill. Normally you'd take the steak out of the fridge about half an hour prior to grilling. Once you place the steak on the grill and begin cooking, use tongs to make punctures within the steak to allow the juices to flow evenly. Make sure to only turn the steak one time during this process.

Maintaining a grill season after season can help keep your grill healthy and looking great. For this project we will be performing simple maintenance inspections on a 4 burner gas grill. A grill is only as good as the parts that make it and sometimes they need to be replaced from age and wear. Once or twice a year visually inspect the inside and outside parts of your grill. If rust or wear are present, replace those parts.
