Christmas Roast Beef - And Every Holiday After

It’s really difficult to ignore eating meat for Christmas. A golden chicken, or a juicy turkey for Christmas sounds so exciting. Christmas turkey recipes are very similar to Thanksgiving. For specialized meat recipes, more specifically beef, include corned beef, which cures the brisket, rump or round with salt; beef jerky, which involves salting and drying the beef strips.

When it comes to beef choose topside and silverside cuts for tender slices of lean roast beef, or a rib of beef for some serious meaty flavour. Find your ideal roasting cut of beef.

  1. Gosh I really love this recipe! Even my grandmother who doesn't talk much about food was very vocal about how delicious this dish was. Even the leftovers were really good in sandwiches and salads.. Thanks for this extraordinary recipe. Planning to prepare another one for New year.

  2. This dish was literally the star of the table in our Christmas party. There weren't even leftovers the day after. It's good I took some actions and hid some slices for myself for the next day.. lol
