Chili Tomato Seafood Recipe


It is full blown winter and having a seafood chowder or another healthy warming soup could lift your spirits up. If you want to prepare healthy food recipes, then you should not look away from seafood. When preparing dishes predominantly using with seafood, the key to achieve a delectable outcome is not necessarily by using the most expensive but the freshest ingredients. Look for cooking videos and help yourself with a warm, savory treat.

This Chili tomato seafood recipe might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs.

Ingredients
Oil
1 Brown onion
2 Crushed cloves of garlic
1 Red Chili
1 Red capsicum ( Also called a ball peppers )
1 Can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 Can of water
6-8 Grinds of black pepper
1-2 Tablespoons of Marjoram
A dozen grinds of seafood seasoning
1.5-3 Tablespoons of Moroccan seasoning
4 Whole tomatoes
1-2 Cups of plain/natural or Greek yogurt

Seafood of your choice - I like prawns, salmon & Scallops
