How to Sauté Tilapia

Its popularity is due to its versatility and high nutrition content–high in protein and low in fat and sodium. In countries where this fish thrives in vast numbers, sometimes even viewed as a pest, it is often overlooked as a common fish but it is prized in cold countries and is even served in fancy restaurants cooked in simple fish recipes grilled, poached or steamed.

It can be consumed safely in significant quantities as part of a healthy, balanced diet–and it tastes good, versatile enough to be prepared in a multitude of healthy food recipes for dinner.  The recipe below is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
